It is preferable to call it ‘healthy eating.’ Healthy eating is not a quick fix fad diet. It is the beginning of an eating style that can carry you along the road to a lifetime of health. The objective is to be healthy and pain free as long as you live.
World is developing at a faster rate, technology is modern and improving dramatically. Doctors, hospitals and medicine has grown dramatically by leaps and bounds in the past two decades, however sickness has also accelerated and despite the modern science and technology people are more sick than ever before. Most health conditions due to hectic bad lifestyle and negative thinking. Medicine works superficially and gets rid of symptoms but does not cure the condition.

Compare your body to an aeroplane which requires refined fuel to fly. We expect ourselves to fly like a jumbo jet and feed it with nutritionally deprived foods. ‘A well tuned body does not run well on inferior fuel.’

Many people get too many calories from refined grains, solid fats and added sugars and do not eat enough fruits, vegetables and whole grains. One of the main reasons people state for not eating more healthily is that it costs more money. We need to prioritize and allocate the way we spend our money by buying less soda, junk food, alcohol, cigarettes. Choose healthy foods that fit your budget and time constraints. You have a choice to be as healthy as you decide to be. Therefore help yourself to feel better and be healthy.
